Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AdProof collects during beta use, why it is processed, and how publisher analytics data is handled.
Last updated: May 2026. This is a working beta template and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before production use.
1. Information we collect
AdProof may collect account information such as name, company, email address, phone number, website domain, and product preferences when you create an account or contact sales.
2. Technical and analytics data
The service may process technical events such as project identifier, domain, page URL, visitor/session token, ad slot status, visibility results, heartbeat status, integration health, blocked or hidden ad indicators, and tamper detection events.
3. How we use data
We use this information to provide the service, verify ad visibility, protect access to gated content, show analytics, prevent abuse, debug integrations, improve reliability, and communicate about beta onboarding or product updates when allowed.
4. Advertising revenue reports
AdProof does not automatically access your Google AdSense or Google Ad Manager revenue unless a separate integration is configured. Reports shown by AdProof are technical visibility and recovery estimates that should be compared with your own advertising platform reports.
5. Cookies and local storage
AdProof may use cookies, session storage, or local storage for login sessions, trial state, SDK operation, security checks, and dashboard preferences.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell customer data. Data may be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, email delivery, monitoring, analytics, or support systems, where required for service delivery.
7. Data retention
Beta analytics and account data may be retained for service operation, reporting, troubleshooting, security review, and legal compliance. Retention periods may change as the product moves from beta to production.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to request account updates, deletion, export, or questions about your project data. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, legal, or abuse-prevention purposes.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and analytics data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, especially during beta testing.
